Ben became the Teaching Pastor at VBC in August 2005, along with his position as a Navy Reserve Chaplain. He is passionate about preaching and teaching God’s Word and enjoys reading, running and cooking– his favorite activity, though, is drinking coffee and talking with his wife, Tara. He wants VBC to be a place where people know Jesus and follow His Word. Ben and Tara have six children and many grandchildren.
