The Pursuit Winter Fellowship is VBC Youth’s annual High School winter camp.

We set aside this weekend every year to spend time as a ministry building relationships, digging into God’s Word, having fun, and creating memories.

Basic Information:
· Camp Location: Pend Oreille Bible Camp, 7852 Le Clerc Rd S, Newport, WA 99156

· Drop-off / Pick-up Times: Drop-off time is between 5:30 and 6 pm (please do not arrive before 5:30 pm). Pick-up time is 2:00 pm at Pend Oreille Bible Camp.

· Check-in: When you arrive at camp, please bring your students to the main cafeteria building (the long, low building at the top of the driveway) where you will be met by our check-in staff. At this time, medications will be turned in to VBC Youth medical staff. If students have brought a cell phone, they will be asked to turn those in, as well (please refer to the “What not to bring” section below).

Packing List
What to bring (required):

* Warm clothing (think snow – lots of cold, possibly wet, snow). Please refer to the VBC Youth Dress Code for appropriate clothing guidelines.
* Snow boots/extra pair of shoes
* Sleeping bag, extra blanket, and pillow
* Bible, journal, pen/pencil
* Toiletries/toothbrush/towel

What to bring (optional):
* A fitted sheet to go around the bunk bed mattresses
* Shower shoes/sandals
* Slippers for indoors (the floors in the cabins/main hall can get cold)

* Flashlight
* A non-smartwatch to keep track of time

What NOT to bring:

* Electronic devices. This includes cell phones, smartwatches, music devices, electronic games … if it connects to the Internet, it doesn’t belong at camp. The goal is to focus on face-to-face relationships this weekend.
** If you are a student who is driving to camp and have your cell phone with you, we will ask you to turn it in at check-in. It will be returned to you at check-out.
* Weapons (please leave your knives, guns, catapults, lazer blasters, etc., at home)
* Illegal drugs/alcohol/vapes/tobacco products
* Draaaaaama (sometimes life involves the dramatic, but avoid bringing draaaaaama)
