BaseCamp, VBC Youth’s annual summer camp, is August 2-6 for students entering 6th through 12th grade.

Time: Please drop your student(s) off at camp between 3 and 4 pm on Aug. 2. We will have them ready to be picked up again at 2 pm on Aug. 6.

WHAT TO BRING (REQUIRED)

4 Days Clothing. Please refer to the VBC Youth Dress Code for appropriate clothing guidelines.
Toothbrush & Towel
Sleeping Bag & Pillow
Backpack
Bible & Pen
Personal Hygiene Items…
…including your Toothbrush & Towel
Activity Shoes (i.e. closed-toe sneakers)
Sunscreen/bug spray
Sandals
Did I mention your Toothbrush & Towel?
Medications: Over the counter, prescription, and herbal medications properly labeled with drug name, students’ name and DOB, dose, etc., ready to check in with nursing staff. Please DO NOT bring ibuprofen or Tylenol, our nursing staff will have some on hand.

WHAT TO BRING (optional)
* A fitted sheet to go around the bunk bed mattresses
* Shower shoes/sandals
* Snacks
* Board games/card games
* Flashlight
* A non-smartwatch to keep track of time

WHAT NOT TO BRING
* Electronic devices. This includes cell phones, smartwatches, music devices, electronic games … if it connects to the Internet, it doesn’t belong at camp. The goal is to focus on face-to-face relationships this weekend.
** If you are a student who is driving to camp and have your cell phone with you, we will ask you to turn it in at check-in. It will be returned to you at check-out.
* Weapons (please leave your knives, guns, catapults, lazer blasters, etc., at home)
* Illegal drugs/alcohol/vapes/tobacco products
* Draaaaaama (sometimes life involves the dramatic, but avoid bringing draaaaaama)
