Toby and his wife, Leanne, began attending Valley Bible church in 2021. Toby began serving as an elder in 2025. Toby and Leanne are retired elementary school teachers from northern California and are engaged in the Children’s Ministry of VBC. They have three grown and married kids who have blessed them with four grandchildren. In his downtime, Toby enjoys woodworking, motorcycle touring, and writing. Prior to moving to Washington to be closer to his grandchildren, Toby served on the leadership team of Foothill Community Church in California for over 35 years.
