What to Expect
Our worship services feature music rooted in Scripture and expository (verse-by-verse) preaching through books of the Bible. Communion is held weekly during each service — all who profess belief in the Lord Jesus Christ are welcome to participate in this family meal.
If you're wondering what to wear, our congregation ranges from shorts to suits, and everything in between! The goal of our dress is to worship God and honor each other.
A room for mothers who need extra privacy to nurse their babies is in the back of the auditorium. If you need to change your baby, please use the changing tables in the North Hallway restrooms.
If you need a hearing assistance device during the service, please ask an usher.
Please fill out a Connection Card to let us know you are here and tell us a little about yourself!
After the service, visit the Welcome Counter to receive a welcome gift, which includes helpful information about VBC. You can also expect to receive a welcome letter in the mail from one of our pastors after your first visit.
Anyone wearing a VBC lanyard (welcome team, hospitality team, greeters/ushers, elders, and deacons) is happy to answer any questions that you have about our church!

Sunday School is available for kids ages 3 years through 5th grade. Please check them in at the VBC Kids Check-In station at the entrance of the children's wing (located on the north side of the building).
